Capitalising on its reputation as one of the foremost International Relations departments in Indonesia, the Department of International Relations at Parahyangan University (UnPar) in Bandung, West Java, will offer an International Relations Program (IRP) to ACICIS students from 2010. The IRP will use English as the medium of instruction and therefore offers a unique opportunity for non-Indonesian speakers to study in-country. Participants will gain an Asian perspective on the world and its affairs whilst developing the critical analytical skills so important in the modern world.

The Program is structured to reflect international standards and expectations in terms of teaching methodologies and is offered to both Indonesian and international students, thus facilitating cross-cultural academic and social interchange. Classes will be limited to thirty students, ensuring that those admitted are of high academic standards, and permitting the use of interactive teaching methods such as seminars and discussions. Participants will also have access to a common room complete with internet access, computers and audiovisual equipment. As the program is taught in English, all Indonesian participants must meet English language proficiency standards with a TEOFL score of 500 or IELTS score of 6.
