UGM instructions on getting a KITASWhen undergraduate
students arrive in Indonesia to study at an Indonesian university they must first
obtain a VITAS visa which is then converted to a KITAS temporary resident permit
within 7 days of their arrival. For ACICIS students this whole process, both outside

we have done many times. For non-ACICIS students they have to do this themselves.
